Earlier this week Rihanna was seen in Soho, New York, wearing a very revealing ensemble. She wore a sheer skirt with a sheer lace bandeau top that clearly showed her nipples. To top off her outfit, she put on a pair of black Converse sneakers.
The 24 year old singer was shopping in NYC with her best friend, Melissa, while catching the attention of the city streets. The duo were out celebrating the new billboard in Times Square in which Rihanna poses nude for her Reb'l Fleur perfume.
New York City is used to seeing many strange things but I wonder what they thought when they saw Rihanna dressed like THIS!
